Our Passion
Fifty5five serves to mobilize Christian volunteers possessing a heart for children, and a call to the great commission of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We serve Christian ministries around the world who are reaching out to the children in their communities, advancing the good news of Christ through Kingdom service. Fifty5five is a non-profit organization.
What we offer
Teacher Training
Our passion, and the foundation of what we offer is found in our teacher training workshops.
Fifty5five provides workshops to train local church staff how to setup and run a fruitful children’s ministry. From leadership classes, storytelling, lesson reinforcement, methods for teaching life application, and classroom management., everything you need to set up your children’s ministry is provided.
Vacation Bible School
Fifty5five has developed a Vacation Bible School program that serves two purposes. The first purpose is to clearly present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that children can understand and respond to Jesus Christ as their LORD and savior. The second purpose is to give teachers who received the training offered a chance to gain valuable hands on experience while helping Fifty5five conduct the Vacation Bible School.
Our Goal
To meet your children’s ministry needs by offering tailored training for your children’s ministry and teachers, providing the curriculum and supplies that meet the specific needs of the children in your church, and reaching out to the children in your community for Christ through the Vacation Bible School.
We strive to equip your ministry with new teaching techniques and ideas, while remaining sensitive to the culture of the area while we are guests in your country.
We provide a children’s ministry curriculum that can be used by your teachers to further children’s understanding of the Gospel throughout the year.

July 13-26
Our first teacher training in the Dominican Republic took place in December and January of 2016/17, when we had the privilege of hosting a Teacher Training and two Vacation Bible Schools in Batays and inner city Haitian communities. Since that time, we have returned nearly every year. We are pleased to announce we have been invited to return in July of 2025. We are fortunate to have made tentative arraignments to return each July going forward.
Following a week long mission to the Dominican Republic, we will be spending a week conducting a teacher training and vacation bible school in Jamaica. This marks our third consecutive year in Jamaica.
